How to do I navigate this service portal?
Getting Started:
- Complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 (if relevant) once completed the RPMarketing Team will be notified and you'll be notified once a team member starts working on your Basic Online Course Site.
- Make sure to complete these as soon as possible.
Review Phase:
- When your site is ready for review, you will be notified to return here to the Client Portal to approve/review your site.
- If your website is approved, great! You'll then be prompted by sms to setup a handover call.
- If you've requested revisions, the RPMarketing Team will make those changes and it will again come back to you for approval/review.
What is the process?
Your Site:
- Once you have completed Phase 1 form, you'll be notified when one of the RPMarketing Team members start working on your site.
- When your site is ready for review, you will be notified by sms to return here to the Client Portal to approve/review your site.
- If approved, great! You'll be prompted to setup your handover call.
- If revisions requested, you'll be notified once a team member starts working on your site again. Then you'll be again notified when it's ready for your approval/review.
