How to do I navigate this service portal?
Getting Started - Branding:
- The branding forms are mostly for your purpose, these are to help you in clearly defining your brand style, audience and brand voice etc.
- Once you have completed these forms you'll then summarise the information into the logo design phase.
Logo Design:
- Once you have completed the logo design form, the RPMarketing Team will be notified.
- When one of the team members starts working on your logo design, you'll be notified of this.
- When it's time for you to review you will be notified to return here to the Client Portal and using Phase 3 Review and Approve. You'll approve the design or you'll submit your design changes.
- If approved, great you can download your logo and start using it.
- If you request changes, you will be notified when one of the team starts working on these changes. Then you'll be notified when to return here to Approve/Review again.
Ideally 2 revisions, however, if more are required and it has been deemed our fault then the additional revisions will take place.
What is the process?
Your Logo:
- Once you have completed the branding forms, move onto Phase 2 Logo Design Phase, you'll be notified when one of the RPMarketing Team members start working on your logo.
- When your logo is ready for review, you will be notified by sms to return here to the Client Portal to approve/review your logo.
- If approved, great! You can download your logo and start using it.
- If revisions are requested, you'll be notified once a team member starts working on your logo again. Then you'll be again notified when it's ready for your approval/review.
Ideally 2 revisions, however, if more are required and it has been deemed our fault then the additional revisions will take place.
